The fee for this service shall be $75.00 plus forwarding costs. The fees do not include any negotiation of the lien on behalf of the lienor or any referral to an attorney for litigation. If a Notice to Owner/Preliminary Notice was NOT prepared for this project, a copy of your contract MUST be forwarded by fax or mail to our offices prior to the preparation of the Notice of Non-Payment.
