Florida Notice Corporation is the oldest and largest Notice to Owner service in Florida, representing over 5000 businesses involved with the state's construction industry and is endorsed by the top trade organizations in the state. Florida Notice Corporation was incorporated in 1967 for the purpose of preparing the Notice to Owner as required by Florida's Lien Law.

These firms are available to the clients of Florida Notice Corporation for consultation and guidance through seminars, workshops, and direct representation when necessary. Our staff of dedicated and experienced people work to assist and protect our clients. We provide essential assistance to our clients enabling them to get quick answers and direction and focus on the operation of their own business. We are involved in the legislative process focusing on issues involving the rights of subcontractors and material suppliers. Our commitment to excellence extends to keeping our clients informed and educated about Florida's construction industry and the laws that apply. Florida Notice Corporation is well-known for the seminars and workshops we have conducted over the years. At-large seminars are offered each year in different Florida locations and are at no charge to the industry. In addition, Florida Notice provides seminars to out clients for the benefit of their staff and/or customers, to trade organizations and industry groups and conducts free classes in its offices each month.
