In an effort to improve efficiency and to reduce paper flow, Florida Notice Corporation will not be accepting Requests for Notices to Owner via fax, effective April 2nd, 2012.  Requests can either be made using the online Request form located on this page, or can be scanned and sent via email to our office.  Thank you for your assistance with this new policy.

Florida Notice Corporation is the oldest and largest Notice to Owner service in Florida, representing over 5000 businesses involved with the state's construction industry and is endorsed by the top trade organizations in the state. Florida Notice Corporation was incorporated in 1967 for the purpose of preparing the Notice to Owner as required by Florida's Lien Law.
